I’m Valeria, and I’m here to support you through the beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) journey of pregnancy and new motherhood.
With a bachelor’s degree in science, doula training, and a certificate in effective coaching, I combine knowledge and empathy to help you prepare for motherhood with confidence. But the most important credential I bring is my experience as a mother—I’ve walked this path myself and know the joy, challenges, and every step in between.
As a first-time mom, I remember the mix of excitement and anxiety, with endless questions like, “What do babies sleep in?” or “How many outfits will I need?”
Having a trusted guide made all the difference.
My doula’s support transformed my experience, calming my anxieties and helping me feel truly supported.
